To find answers to your questions we need to delve into the detail. Together we will for example have a look at your values, your strengths as well as at your beliefs in life to discover what it is that drives you. What type of person are you, what needs form the basis of your ideas and where can we find mental blocks that make yourself unhappy? The process in the end will always help you develop as a person trough getting to know more about yourself.
As a coach I am your neutral sparring partner, I will ask questions that will show you a new perspective. I will keep hold of the red thread and will lead you through the whole process.

So how does it work?
Initially, we will conduct a 30 minute preparatory conversation free of charge. On this basis, I will develop a customised offer covering all the topics that are relevant to you and your current situation. If this offer contains the right content that seems fitting to you, we will embark on our coaching journey together. The amount of coaching sessions required will be defined by your needs or the topic to be covered. It can always be adjusted as we go along. Typically for one topic we need four to ten sessions of a 60-90 minute duration.
